Why I Created ThriveHQ

Cath Baker

I’m not observing ADHD from a distance. I live it. I know the exhaustion of feeling like you’re constantly behind, the shame of another abandoned system, the loneliness of thinking you’re the only one who can’t seem to get it together.

For years, I tried to force my brain into systems designed for neurotypical people. I kept failing and blaming myself. Then I discovered strengths-based coaching and everything changed. I stopped trying to fix what was “wrong” and started building scaffolding that worked with my brain, not against it.

That’s why I created ThriveHQ. Not another course you’ll abandon. Not another productivity hack that makes you feel worse. A real community where you show up as you are, where missing a session doesn’t mean you’ve failed, where someone actually understands when you say “I forgot” or “I got overwhelmed.”

ThriveHQ has been running for nearly 5 years. People don’t just join. They stay. They come back week after week because this is where they finally feel seen, supported, and capable of moving forward. That’s what community does. That’s what ThriveHQ does.

How It Works (Two Sessions Per Week)

Tuesday

6:00 PM AEST | 1.5 hours

A coaching-focused session where we look at the week ahead, work through challenges together, and build momentum. This is where you plan, reflect, and feel supported.

Thursday

12:00 PM AEST | 1 hour

Action-focused body doubling. A space to work on your tasks alongside others. You’re not alone. You’re accountable. And you actually get things done.

The Foundation You Can Count On:

→ You don’t have to arrive on time. Join when you can.
→ There’s no homework. No pressure between sessions.
→ Life happens. You’ll miss sessions. That’s okay. Just keep coming back.

ThriveHQ runs in 10-week blocks that align with the NSW school term rhythm. Every 10 weeks, there’s a 2-week break. Over summer, there’s a 6-week reset period.

You can join at any time. Your 6-month membership gives you access to up to 20 sessions, the private WhatsApp group, and the resource hub.
