ThriveHQ

Why I created ThriveHQ

I know what it’s like to feel scattered, exhausted, and unsure where you fit. For years, I compared myself to others and tried to force systems that didn’t work for my brain.
Everything shifted when I discovered strengths-based coaching. I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started building scaffolding that actually helped me move forward.
ThriveHQ is the space I wish I had — not just content, but real community and tools that meet ADHD brains where they are.
Now, I get to walk alongside others as they build lives that actually work — with clarity, confidence, and support.

Where it all began — and why this work matters to me

Before moving into coaching and counselling, I spent many years in financial planning and general insurance, working in the family business and with one of Australia’s major banks.
I’ve always been drawn to the deeper questions behind people’s choices — how they want to live, what gets in the way, and what really matters. That path eventually led me to retrain in counselling and build a strengths-based approach that supports real, lasting change.
My work is grounded in practical experience, professional insight, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity — not just through my own lived experience with ADHD, but through walking alongside family members on their journey too.
Now, through Coach4U and ThriveHQ, I support individuals, couples, and teams to build self-awareness, create emotional safety, and develop systems that actually work — in life, work, and relationships.

Managing ADHD symptoms requires time, consistency, and support. It’s not something that can be “fixed” quickly, but rather a process of understanding how your brain works, learning new strategies, and creating habits that last. That’s why we offer a 6-month option—it gives you the time and structure to build real, lasting change.
With ADHD symptoms, it can be difficult to maintain focus and stay on track, especially when life feels chaotic. Our 6-month program is designed to support you through those ups and downs. It allows for time to practice strategies, adjust them to your needs, and build the confidence that comes from seeing real progress.
Many of our members choose to continue working with us beyond the initial 6 months because they value the ongoing support and accountability. However, we believe 6 months gives you the opportunity to fully experience the benefits and see if it’s the right long-term fit for your journey.
Our sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere. The sessions are interactive, engaging, and facilitated by hands-on coaches, ensuring a dynamic experience.
Benefits of Meeting Online
While we love in-person connections, meeting online allows us to serve a wider community. You get access to coaching, resources, and a private group where you can discuss your learnings and apply them in your life.
Apart from the weekly sessions, we suggest setting aside 1 hour each week to review notes, apply what you’ve learned, and test new strategies.
Our program combines expert coaching, a strengths-based approach, and a supportive community, offering personalised strategies rather than generic advice. We aim for real, lasting change.
This community is ideal for individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD – whether you’ve been diagnosed, suspect you may have ADHD, or are supporting a loved one with ADHD.
It’s also a great fit for families and professionals who want to learn how to build calm, focus, and self-compassion while managing the unique impacts of ADHD on everyday life.
